Kibale River Camp

Kibale River Camp is located in Fort Portal at the edge of Kibale forest in Uganda just at the entrance of Kibale forest at scenic lake Nyabikere crater along Kamwenge road. The safari park lies within the tranquil Ndali Kasenda crater area and half a day's drive of Queen Elizabeth, Rwenzori Mountains and Semliki national parks as well as Toro- Semliki Wildlife Reserve

The accommodations offers tented chalets. The beds are draped with a mosquito net.

Kibale River Camp also includes a children's playground. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, followed by a drink at the bar. The property also offers packed lunches.

Bike hire and car hire are available at the property and the area is popular for cycling and bigodi swamp visit. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including night walk and bigodi swamp visit. 

This place is an ideal base for tourists visiting Kibale Forest national park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Semliki National Park and game reserve and Mountain Rwenzori national park. The camp is within walking distance to Kibale national park and has 15 ensuite cottages and campground with great view of the lake.  You'll be dining with hippos and monkeys!
